Terms of Use

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Right MCAT Questions ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

2. Plans and access

3. Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sells them as our authorized reseller; its buyer terms also apply. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Payments are non-refundable, except through the Better Score Guarantee below or where the law requires. Canceling the 30-Day Access plan stops future charges; a charge already made is not refunded.

Better Score Guarantee

We are committed to improving your score, and we are confident our program will help you succeed. If you are taking the MCAT again and your official MCAT score does not go up from your last official attempt, we offer to fully refund you. To qualify:

  1. Within 14 days of subscribing, upload the score report of your last official MCAT exam. That score is your baseline.
  2. Work through the program in good faith: complete 95% or more of the question bank and collect 95% or more of its flashcards.
  3. Take the official MCAT and upload your official score report within 30 days of its release.
  4. On the renewing 30-day plan, keep it for at least 60 days before your official MCAT.

If your official score is not higher than your baseline, you may choose a refund of what you paid (on the renewing 30-day plan, your last 60 days of fees) or 60 more days of subscription free. Choosing the free days ends the refund option. We may verify score reports.

6. Ending access

You can delete your account any time in My Account. If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account without notice or refund.

7. Disclaimers

The site is for exam preparation, not medical or professional advice. It is provided "as is"; we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and apart from the guarantee above we don't promise any score or admission result. MCAT is a registered trademark of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), which does not sponsor or endorse this site.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if you break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting them here. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
