Better Score Guarantee
We are committed to improving your score, and we are confident our program will help you succeed. If you are taking the MCAT again and your official MCAT score does not go up from your last official attempt, we offer to fully refund you.
To qualify:
- Within 14 days of subscribing, upload the score report of your last official MCAT exam. That score is your baseline.
- Work through the program in good faith: complete 95% or more of the question bank and collect 95% or more of its flashcards.
- Take the official MCAT and upload your official score report within 30 days of its release.
- On the renewing 30-day plan, keep it for at least 60 days before your official MCAT.
If your official score is not higher than your baseline, you may choose a refund of what you paid (on the renewing 30-day plan, your last 60 days of fees) or 60 more days of subscription free. Choosing the free days ends the refund option. We may verify score reports.
Questions
What do I get with the free trial?
5 days on a hand-picked part of the qbank, in the full test-day interface, with explanations, a score report and the flashcards.
Does a plan renew automatically?
30-Day Access renews every 30 days until you cancel it in My Account, and you keep the days you paid for. 60-, 180- and 360-Day Access are one payment each and simply end; adding one while a plan is active puts the time on top.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, through the Better Score Guarantee: if you're taking the MCAT again and your official score doesn't go up from your last attempt after you work through the program, we offer to fully refund you (or 60 more days free, if you'd rather keep studying). The terms are above.
What happens to my history when a plan ends?
It stays saved in your account, but the qbank locks: past tests, their explanations and your flashcards (the ones you wrote too) open again when you renew. The free questions stay open.
